The Associate Director for Operations & Supply Chain within the Precision Fires & Maneuvers (PF&M) organization will play a critical leadership role across the product lifecycle. This leader will help define and execute OSC strategies spanning new business pursuits, bid and proposal activities, development and prototyping, ongoing sustainment, obsolescence management, production execution, and program closeout. The role requires strong strategic thinking, the ability to influence across multiple product lines and value streams, and effective collaboration with program, engineering, and supply chain partners. The Associate Director will directly lead Material Program Managers and Program Operations Managers across the Raytheon Effectors factory network, ensuring disciplined execution of manufacturing operations and supply chain activities that meet program cost, schedule, and performance goals.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
