Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires defense or aerospace experience in a Supply Chain or Operations role.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization.
• Experience managing functional profit and loss.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary OSC interface with internal and external customers ensuring alignment and high service standards.
• Ensure MPM and POM teams have right people, processes, and skills to succeed.
• Lead OSC proposal strategy including task descriptions and supplier strategies.
• Lead OSC cost, schedule, execution planning, and forecasting.
• Lead sourcing, capital, and build strategies for delivery.
• Contribute to risk and opportunity identification and mitigation.
• Drive process improvements to strengthen OSC value proposition.
• Lead MRL and PRR assessments for execution success.
• Document and align RLPM plans with cross-functional buy-in.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen in budget and resource planning.
• Deliver clear presentations to stakeholders and customers.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers and meet objectives.
