Job summary

HYVE Solutions, part of Synnex Corporation, seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager in Fremont to own material planning and CTB processes, ensuring optimal balance of cost, service, and business objectives. You will manage end-to-end inventory and drive improvements across the supply chain.

The role requires 5–8+ years in high-tech manufacturing supply chain, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills. Collaboration with customers and suppliers is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably with materials planning in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent business communication skills (oral and written).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with modeling, data analysis and reporting; VBA skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of the material plan that supports the production schedule while balancing cost and service objectives.
• Manage the Clear to Build (CTB) process and resolve material shortages.
• Own end-to-end inventory across the supply chain and set target levels.
• Identify excess/obsolete inventory and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and address opportunities/risks.
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers daily.
• Lead project teams for critical initiatives and implement process improvements.
