Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Supply Chain Manager to optimize material readiness, planning, and capacity for cloud hardware programs. You will lead a cross‑functional team, coordinate CTB activities, and collaborate with Sourcing and NPI to ensure timely handoffs into high‑volume mass production.

The role emphasizes data‑driven decisions, KPI tracking, and dashboard development in a fast‑paced, global manufacturing environment. A strong background in data center hardware and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain planning, material management, or program management experience in data center hardware or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
• Cross-functional and customer-facing collaboration experience.
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Material Readiness & CTB execution: track CTB for Configure-to-Rack operations; identify shortages and resolve.
• Sourcing Alignment: monitor component allocations vs demand forecasts.
• NPI to MP Handoff: coordinate changes and ensure material readiness for mass production.
• Inventory & Capacity Optimization: monitor build plans and factory capacity; manage buffer stock.
• Daily Escalation: serve as primary contact for component constraints and resolve disruptions.
• Data Tracking & Reporting: maintain supply chain metrics and dashboards for leadership.
