Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Business Operations & Program Management expert to support NGA. You will manage the contractor portfolio, provide strategic recommendations to government leadership, and lead projects that enhance organizational effectiveness on-site at NGA Washington (Fort Belvoir, VA).

You will serve as the primary interface between the contractor team and senior leaders, integrating multiple disciplines to solve complex problems and deliver results for national security programs.

Qualifications

• Experience providing strategic-level expertise to large, complex DoW or IC organizations.
• Experience with resource planning and portfolio management.
• Experience drafting executive-level communications (speeches, talking points, workforce messages).
• Experience with electronic publishing and publication production processes.
• Experience creating written and visual content for internal/external audiences.
• Experience with graphics, fonts, and text formatting for newsletters, briefings, and campaigns.
• Experience assessing communications metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience developing communication plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the contractor support team and enterprise logistics.
• Lead high-visibility projects such as business process re-engineering and strategic planning.
• Lead budgeting and resource planning using advanced data analysis and scenarios.
• Coordinate information flow between contractor team and senior government leadership.
• Prepare materials and talking points for Congress, OMB, and other stakeholders.
• Lead development and execution of the SC strategic communications plan and customer familiarization programs.
• Draft executive speeches, talking points, memoranda, and other high-level documents.
• Coordinate visits with Source offices and manage Congressional requests.
