Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a Business Operations & Program Management expert to support NGA. You will be the primary strategic interface between the contractor team and government leadership, directing administration and enterprise logistics for a major NGA program office.

You will integrate multiple disciplines to solve complex, ambiguous problems on-site at NGA Washington (Fort Belvoir, VA) and surrounding facilities, coordinating with senior leadership and Congress stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
• Experience providing strategic-level support to large DoW/IC organizations.
• Experience with resource planning and portfolio management.
• Experience providing business operations or program management support.
• Experience supporting a large, complex government organization.
• Experience with strategic and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the contractor support team, overseeing administration and logistics.
• Lead high-visibility government-focused projects, including process improvement and strategic planning.
• Support operational budget and resource planning with data analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Facilitate communication between contractor team and senior government leaders.
• Prepare background materials and talking points for leadership engagements with Congress, OMB, and external stakeholders.
• Manage the contractor team’s operations portfolio, including administration, coordination, logistics, and communications.
• Lead modernization and organizational stand-up initiatives and process re-engineering efforts.
• Develop government requests for process engineering, data management, and operations architecture.
• Support government directorate with strategic summaries and background materials.
