QinetiQ US is seeking a Senior Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst to back NGA. The role requires extensive program management oversight, cost/schedule/risk analysis, and clear communication for stakeholders.

It is an on-site position at NGA Washington and surrounding facilities. You will translate technical progress for leadership, develop resource integration plans, and coordinate across multi-program efforts to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, compliant with GSA standards.
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access; #qinetiqclearedjob
• Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
• Eligible for OCONUS travel
• Experience in program management (cost, schedule, performance, risk)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze cost, schedule, risk, and contract performance across programs.
• Translate progress into clear reports for customers and senior leadership.
• Develop strategic resource integration plans and validate resource needs.
• Analyze internal/external projects to identify interdependencies, risks, and conflicts; provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare for senior management reviews with briefing materials and action tracking.
