Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a Business Operations & Program Management expert to support NGA. You will manage the contractor portfolio, provide strategic recommendations to government leadership, and lead projects that improve organizational effectiveness.

This is an on-site role at NGA Washington (Fort Belvoir, VA) and surrounding facilities. You will serve as the primary strategic interface between contractor teams and senior government leaders, requiring integration of multiple disciplines to solve

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Experience providing strategic-level expertise to a large DoD/IC organization.
• Experience with resource planning and portfolio management.
• Experience drafting executive-level communications (speeches, talking points, workforce messages).
• Experience with electronic publishing and publication processes.
• Experience creating written/visual content for internal/external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the contractor support team and enterprise logistics.
• Lead high-visibility government projects including process improvement initiatives.
• Support government budgeting and resource planning with advanced data analysis.
• Coordinate information flow between contractor teams and senior leaders.
• Prepare materials and summaries for leadership engagements with Congress and others.
• Develop and execute strategic communications plans and customer-facing briefs.
• Assess communications metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Draft speeches and executive-level memoranda; edit publications.
• Coordinate visit requirements with internal offices and external stakeholders.
• Assist with Congressional requests and related documentation.
