Qualifications

• Industry leader with strategic expertise in a large government or DoD/IC organization.
• Experience providing strategic-level support and portfolio management for complex programs.
• Experience leading business operations or program management support.
• Clearance and polygraph eligibility.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for contractor support team, overseeing admin, personnel coordination, and enterprise logistics.
• Lead high-visibility government projects such as process re-engineering, organizational stand-ups, and modernization efforts.
• Guide budgeting, resource planning, and what-if analyses for the government office.
• Communicate between contractor team and senior government leadership to ensure rapid, clear information flow.
• Prepare background materials and strategic summaries for leadership engagements with Congress, OMB, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee directorate-level business operations, including administration, logistics, and communications support.
