Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a senior Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst to support NGA. You will provide comprehensive program management oversight and strategic support, analyzing cross-program activities, mitigating risks, and translating technical progress into clear updates for stakeholders and senior leaders.

This is an on-site role at NGA Washington and surrounding facilities. The position requires a Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, active Top Secret

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in program management (cost, schedule, performance, risk).
• Lifecycle experience with Major System Acquisitions within DoD/IC.
• Experience assessing communications metrics for executive decisions.
• Experience with electronic publishing and publication production.
• Experience presenting oral and written communications to diverse audiences.
• Experience providing strategic-level decisions in a team environment.
• Proficiency with standard business software including SharePoint, presentations, and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and contribute to multiple program efforts by analyzing cost, schedule, risk, and contract performance to identify trends and conflicts.
• Serve as a liaison translating technical progress into clear reports for customers and senior leadership.
• Lead development of strategic resource integration plans and determine resource requirements for long-term objectives.
• Analyze internal and external projects to identify interdependencies and risks; provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare for senior management reviews, including briefing materials and coaching presenters.
• Develop and execute a strategic communications plan for NGA Commercial Operations and its capabilities.
• Assess communications metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Draft speeches, talking points, memoranda, and briefings; edit the SC Weekly Activity Report.
