Stress-Free Auto Care seeks an Operations Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of priorities across the growing organization.

You will work with executive leadership and partner across Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, HR, Recruiting, Technology, Marketing, and Corporate Development to translate priorities into measurable results and scalable processes.

Competenze

• 3+ years of operational leadership, project management, or business operations experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ownership, and reporting structures.
• Ensure initiatives stay on schedule and obstacles are resolved quickly.
• Maintain visibility into major priorities and elevate risks proactively.
• Support executive leadership in driving priorities and special projects.
• Prepare materials, reporting, and analyses for leadership and board meetings.
• Coordinate follow-up and accountability across leadership teams.
• Manage action item tracking to ensure commitments are completed on schedule.
• Prepare and distribute Weekly Business Review reporting across stores, districts, and regions.
• Consolidate operational metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for new store openings, conversions, or launches.
• Document and standardize operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Build scalable systems for communication, accountability, and execution.
