• Experience managing complex cross-functional manufacturing or defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed program plans and coordinate alignment of schedules, budgets, and resources across engineering, production, supply chain, and quality.
• Track and report program performance using key metrics; communicate status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Manage program risks, issues, and change (including impact assessment and mitigation planning).
• Drive process improvements to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable defense regulations and internal standards.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to support execution and continuous improvement.
