Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales strategy and operations in high-tech growth or related analytics roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills including financial modeling.
• Experience with large data sets and scalable dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architecture leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on go-to-market strategy, resources, and KPIs.
• Design and manage territory planning, quota setting, and quarterly compensation processes.
• Conduct analysis on system and operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Develop initiatives to optimize team efficiency and performance.
• Lead weekly and monthly business reviews with rigorous cadence.
• Provide insights for leadership to support strategic decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment through detailed project plans and milestones.
• Oversee enablement systems and tools in partnership with internal teams.
