Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to provide strategic, administrative, and operational leadership for the Executive Office.

Reporting to the VP, this role anchors the division’s operations, CEO readiness, and executive meeting design and execution. The successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of high-stakes decision-making with minimal direction, and experienced in cross-functional alignment across the company.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in executive operations or corporate strategy.
• Experience interfacing with C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
• Healthcare/health insurance industry experience preferred.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and manage high-stakes programs.
• Willingness to work in-office in Boston, MA at least 2 days per week.

Mansioni

• Own and optimize the CEO engagement tracking system and briefing process.
• Plan and facilitate high-level executive meetings, develop dashboards, and guide senior presenters.
• Oversee division operations, budget, KPIs, and Business Continuity Plan.
• Support Board governance activities and prepare board materials with confidentiality.
• Champion culture, AI adoption, and process improvements within the Executive Office.
