Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Legal Operations and eDiscovery Manager to lead the Law Department’s operations and eDiscovery functions, coordinating with Litigation and ET Legal Support teams. You will manage strategic initiatives, including responsible AI adoption, to improve efficiency, defensibility, and service delivery across operations and investigations.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years’ experience in corporate law department or law firm operations, litigation management, and/or eDiscovery management.
• Experience with matter management systems and eDiscovery platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leaders and C-suite executives.
• Experience applying generative AI in legal operations or eDiscovery.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Law Department’s legal operations and eDiscovery program, including governance, processes, systems, service delivery, and a multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee Exterro eDiscovery platform across lifecycle: holds, preservation, collection, review, production.
• Oversee legal technology, dashboards, spend reporting, and AI tool adoption.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, outside counsel, and leadership to monitor spend and budgets.
