Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Manager to provide strategic, administrative, and operational leadership to the Executive Office. You will coordinate CEO readiness, executive meetings, and cross-functional alignment across the division, serving as a key liaison to top executives and external stakeholders.

You will be in‑office in Boston with an expectation of at least 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in executive operations, corporate strategy, or complex program management supporting C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the CEO engagement briefing process and materials, coordinating cross-functional content and tight deadlines.
• Support high-level executive meetings, manage agenda planning, content curation, dashboards, and coach senior presenters.
• Oversee core division operations, including the Division Business Plan, budget, metrics, and business continuity planning.
