Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an individual contributor for Diversified Commercial Solutions to drive cross-functional strategy and operations, reporting to the DCS Chief of Staff. You will enable transparent financial health tracking and own key strategic initiatives.

In this role you will partner with AVP/VP/SVP stakeholders, develop executive content, and support high-visibility events while ensuring accountability and results in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

3+ years in strategy, operations, or related field; healthcare insurance experience preferred.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
Resourceful operator with ownership and accountability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through the DCS management process.
Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a complex matrixed environment.
Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
