You will manage the operating rhythm, drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution, and enable transparency of financial health and progress across business priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field; healthcare insurance experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Resourceful operator with ownership and accountability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enable transparency of financial health and progress of business priorities through DCS management process, reporting cadences and ad hoc projects.
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a matrixed environment.
• Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
