Job summary

Fabletics seeks an Executive Strategy Associate - Data & AI to be the SVP’s right hand, owning executive narratives, cross-functional coordination, budgets, and strategic analytics direction. You will balance hands-on operations with data-driven storytelling to guide AI adoption and budgeting decisions.

You will report to the AI Program Director to support the SVP of Data & AI, building dashboards, crafting MB R materials, and driving alignment across Data Analytics, AI, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, chief of staff, or strategy-adjacent roles.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• High attention to detail in executive materials and budgets.
• Project management across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Comfort reading API documentation for data integrations.
• SQL proficiency; Snowflake experience a plus.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Omni) or AI tooling.
• Curiosity to learn AI tools; deep ML background not required.
• Experience in technical or data consulting preferred.
• Experience supporting a senior executive in CST/Executive partner capacity.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Baseline Operations & Budget Ownership: onboarding, budget tracker, and tooling.
• Analytics & Reporting: dashboards and new data sources for visibility.
• AI Adoption & Tooling: AI-driven tools and data integration tickets.
• Executive Communications: Monthly Business Review narratives and decks.
