Fabletics, based in El Segundo, seeks a Site Merchandising Manager to own the online shopping experience from strategy through execution. You will drive site merchandising, PDP optimization, and performance insights, partnering with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Ops to maximize engagement and revenue.

The role emphasizes AI integration, data-driven storytelling, and scalable processes, with a hybrid work model and competitive rewards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years in ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital merchandising.
• Strong proficiency with analytics tools.
• Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows.
• Experience defining KPI frameworks and cross-functional alignment.
• Knowledge of traffic acquisition channels and their site impact.
• Deep understanding of customer experience and on-site merchandising.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Foundational AI literacy preferred.
