Fabletics seeks a Senior Retail Operations Specialist to own store-facing systems, promotions, and technology initiatives. You will drive cross-functional decisions, validate POS issues, and lead complex promotions from CMS to field execution at scale.

The role reports to the VP, Global Retail Operations & Training and requires strong Excel/PS tools usage, plus experience with StoreForce, JIRA, Airtable, and Canva. Hybrid/onsite flexibility with travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management or retail operations experience or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Own complex store-facing operational systems, promotions, and technology initiatives as a senior contributor.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to investigate POS issues and validate solutions.
• Build retail-specific promotions end-to-end in CMS using Omnisuite; coordinate tests and retreats.
• Manage the main Retail HQ promotional calendar and communicate updates to the field.
• Lead TOM alignment and weekly planning with cross-functional teams.
• Support store technology pilots and rollout plans; verify readiness.
• Serve as StoreForce administrator; manage budgets and KPI files.
• Resolve field issues via Freshservice; document solutions for reporting.
• Drive AI-enabled process improvements and automation with proper governance.
