Job summary

Fabletics is seeking an Executive Strategy Associate for Data & AI in El Segundo, CA. You will be the right hand to the SVP of Data & AI, managing onboarding, budget, analytics, and executive communications.

The role combines hands-on operations with data-driven storytelling and cross-functional project leadership. You will own budget tracking, build AI-enabled tooling, and produce Monthly Business Reviews for senior leadership, while coordinating initiatives across Data Analytics, AI, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an operations, business operations, chief of staff, or strategy-adjacent role, ideally supporting a data, analytics, or technology organization.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership audiences.
• High attention to detail in executive materials, budget data, and AI tool outputs.
• Project management experience across multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the administrative onboarding process for new offshore hires: equipment provisioning, account and access setup, and coordination with vendor points of contact.
• Plan and coordinate offsites, including agenda design and topic selection in partnership with leadership.
• Own and maintain the Data & AI budget tracker and build out tooling to automate it.
• Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports to monitor budget and AI adoption, and scout for new data sources.
• Own the organization's AI-driven operational tools and drive opportunities to apply AI tooling across operations.
• Produce end-to-end Monthly Business Review (MBR) updates and executive materials with clear storytelling.
