Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in management consulting and/or S&O, Biz Ops, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth companies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, energized by ambiguity and pace of 0-to-1 building.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with executive-ready narratives.
• Analytical with ability to identify metrics and interrogate data; SQL proficiency preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated AI fluency: actively leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build our strategy by translating it into near-term goals and frameworks.
• Identify what matters by testing hypotheses with Analytics and Data Science.
• Drive cross-functionally with Product and other leads to prioritize customer-experience priorities.
• Influence the organization with executive-level progress reports and strategic conversations.
• Deliver with velocity by managing a portfolio of projects and adapting to changing priorities.
