Job summary

Flex in New York City is seeking a Head of Brand & Reputation to shape our marketing function and identity. You’ll define strategy, craft visuals and tone, and lead cross-functional work across SEO, content, PR and social. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates outside NY/NJ/SF.

You will build a high-performing team, measure brand impact with dashboards and KPIs, and partner with data/analytics to drive growth. The role blends creative rigor with strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of brand or marketing leadership experience.
• Experience in both in-house and agency settings preferred.
• Ability to define brand strategy and identity system from scratch.
• Strong skills in measuring brand performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define Flex’s brand strategy anchored in consumer truths.
• Develop and implement a cohesive visual and tonal identity.
• Collaborate across functions to embed brand principles everywhere.
• Monitor brand awareness and sentiment; derive actionable insights.
• Oversee online reputation across SEO, reviews, content, PR and social.
• Lead brand activations across channels and scale initiatives.
• Build and mentor a small team; set priorities and develop talent.
• Help shape and scale the marketing function with robust processes.
