Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an Operations & Internal Communications Lead to optimize how the Communications team plans, collaborates, and executes across a fast-moving global organization.

You will report to the VP of Communications and work with senior leaders to bring structure to complex initiatives. You will support internal programs, manage measurement across channels, explore AI tools, oversee budgeting and executive updates, and help drive a scalable operating model that keeps Snap at the

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, strategy, program management, or related field.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to improve processes and scale workflows.
• Experience with internal comms, media, or reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support internal communications programs, including drafting and review.
• Manage measurement and reporting across social, owned channels and programs.
• Explore AI tools and technologies to boost productivity and planning.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, materials, and executive updates.
• Identify gaps and improve tools and processes as the team evolves.
• Support VP of Communications’ day-to-day operational needs.
