Job summary

Greenbrook Medical, based in the Tampa Bay Area, FL, is seeking a Director of Strategic Operations to drive new clinic openings and payer contracts while ensuring operations run smoothly from day one. You will own cross-functional launch tasks, manage the first 90 days performance, and partner with Pop Health and Learning & Development to build scalable workflows.

Willingness to travel between Tampa and NYC is required.

Qualifications

• You have 4+ years in strategy, consulting, or operations.
• 2+ years in healthcare; Medicare Advantage or value-based care is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinic launches: buildout, equipment, licenses, and payer loading to open on time.
• Serve as deputy to VP of Operations, driving strategic projects in schedule management, HEDIS quality, and patient experience.
• Design scalable workflows and standardize operations with measurable outcomes.
