Job summary

Greenbrook Medical, based in Tampa Bay and expanding in Hudson, seeks a Center Manager to run daily clinic operations and lead a 3–8 Medical Assistants team. You’ll partner with physicians, manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, and patient experience to deliver exceptional care.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare operations experience, strong leadership, and data‑driven problem solving to enhance clinic performance and patient outcomes. Local travel to other centers may be required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare operations experience — You’ve managed the day‑to‑day operations of a medical office, clinic, or similar healthcare environment.
• People leadership — You’ve led, coached, or managed a team and know how to set clear expectations, give feedback, and help people grow.
• Strong organizational skills — You can juggle competing priorities without losing track of the details that keep a clinic running.
• Patient‑first judgment — You know how to handle patient and caregiver concerns with empathy while still making sound operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of 3–8 Medical Assistants and coach, develop, and evaluate performance.
• Own day‑to‑day clinic operations including patient service, facilities, supplies, and technology.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, delegation, and timesheets.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to company policies and protocols.
• Turn data into actionable improvements to boost clinic performance.
