Job summary

Greenbrook Medical in New York City area is hiring a Director, People Strategy to own compensation, headcount planning, and people analytics. You will report to the Chief People Officer, drive data-backed decisions, and oversee onboarding/offboarding logistics and credentialing workflows.

You will navigate ambiguity, build scalable processes, and partner with Finance and leadership to align people strategies with growth objectives across New York and Tampa Bay clinics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across compensation, people analytics, HR strategy, or people operations in senior roles.
• Experience at a mature People function in growth-stage companies.
• Deep compensation expertise including bands, benchmarking, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own compensation strategy, bands, benchmarks, and documentation across the organization.
• Lead headcount planning, annual and monthly forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Own people analytics and board-level reporting, dashboards, and data accuracy.
• Set standards for knowledge management in Notion and drive adoption.
• Oversee People Operations & Credentialing processes and partner with Finance on budgeting.
