Job summary

Greenbrook Medical seeks a Director, People Strategy to own compensation, headcount planning, people analytics, and knowledge management in the New York City area. Remote work is possible for the right candidate, with regular travel to New York and Tampa Bay clinics.

You will report to the Chief People Officer and act as their right hand, providing rigorous data-driven insights on offers, promotions, and staffing.

Qualifications

• Deep compensation expertise and benchmarking
• Strong quantitative analysis and modeling
• Experience leading high-impact People initiatives

Responsibilities

• Own compensation bands end to end and refresh annually
• Lead headcount planning and staffing models from plan to forecast
• Own people analytics and reporting across the organization
• Manage compensation documentation and role leveling guidance
• Oversee the People Operations & Credentialing Manager and onboarding processes
• Design and oversee metrics-based bonus programs and pay-for-performance
