Job summary

HighRadius is seeking a seasoned Strategy & Operations professional to join SNOW, our internal team that partners with the Founder and CXOs to drive strategic initiatives across the Consulting department.

You will own analytics, governance, and program delivery, acting as the single point of contact for users and executives, shaping operating models, budgets, and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate education in Engineering, Economics or Commerce.
• MBA is desirable (though not mandatory).
• 3-6 years experience in Tier 1 Strategy Consulting firms or
• 3-6 years experience in Strategy & Operations role in a technology startup
• Prior SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Business Management - Deliver Strategy & Operations projects (eg: operating model optimization, margins improvement, budgeting, digital transformation) within the specified timelines (1-6 months).
• Understand the as-is, work with the leaders to define the to-be and provide a path to achieve the to-be.
• Identify key growth bottlenecks and devise solutions / initiatives to address them based on data, customer interviews and market research.
• Project Governance - Develop deep understanding of the assigned projects and proactively identify areas of improvement
• Analytics - Use data modeling, analytics to present visual insights and trends to leaders
