Job summary

Harnham is seeking a senior analytics leader to own internal analytics and customer-facing data products. You will drive the analytics strategy, set the technical roadmap, and lead modernization while remaining hands-on with SQL in Snowflake and Looker modeling.

The role collaborates closely with Product and Executive Leadership to shape AI-powered analytics initiatives. The candidate will manage a team, influence architectural decisions, and evolve reporting capabilities for SaaS analytics

Qualifications

Over a decade of experience spanning software, analytics engineering, and leadership.
Experience leading large teams (10+) and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
Exposure to AI-powered analytics solutions and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

Define analytics strategy and set the technical roadmap.
Lead architecture discussions and modernization efforts.
Partner with Product and Executive Leadership; drive cross-functional alignment.
Run SQL in Snowflake and develop Looker models.
Participate in technical discovery and guide engineering decisions.
Evolve legacy reports while delivering new analytics products.
