Job summary

Snowflake is hiring a Senior Analyst in California to shape post-sale customer experience through rigorous analytics and AI-driven insights. You will work with Support, Services Delivery, Operations, and Finance to embed analytics into leadership workflows and drive product strategy and operational efficiency.

You will build a deep fluency in data models, pipelines, and metrics (SQL, dbt, Python) and enable self-service for CX teams using AI tools and Cortex capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics or applied data science
• Strong SQL skills (Snowflake preferred) and proficiency in Python
• Experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation
• Experience building user-facing analytics applications (BI tools, data apps or similar)
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate analyses into actionable narratives
• Genuine interest in applying AI tools to analytical workflows and comfort with new tooling

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Analytics Partner to CXE Leadership and provide data to drive operational decisions
• Deliver insights on support drivers, resolution patterns, CSAT trends, and efficiency for immediate impact
• Connect data across Support, Services Delivery, Operations, and Finance for a holistic view
• Know the data inside and out with fluency in data models, definitions, and pipelines (SQL, dbt, Snowflake)
• Enable self-service through AI by leveraging semantic models and Cortex Code
• Raise the bar by contributing to standards, docs, and best practices across the analytics org
