Job summary

Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for the Office of the CEO. You will work within a small elite SWAT team to accelerate critical initiatives across clinical, operations, technology, and product areas.

You will partner with executive leadership to translate priorities into structured plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes, acting as a strategic connector across teams and vendors while driving delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong critical thinker who digs into root causes and uses first principles thinking.
• Demonstrated strength in at least two focus areas: clinical care, operations, or product/technology.
• Comfortable moving between strategy and execution; able to drive delivery.
• Sharp diagnostic instincts and comfort working in ambiguity.
• High EQ; able to credibly represent the CEO across levels.
• Willing to wear many hats in a small elite team; proactive and hands-on.
• Exceptional communicator bridging engineering, business, and medicine.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of a small elite SWAT team deployed across Astrana to accelerate initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to advance CEO-priority initiatives from concept to execution.
• Act as a strategic air traffic controller ensuring alignment and momentum on cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify operational gaps and design scalable solutions.
• Pilot and scale AI-enabled solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively surface risks and opportunities to improve execution and results.
• Build durable processes and dashboards; develop prototypes when needed.
• Help shape the AI roadmap and lead delivery of high-impact initiatives.
