Job summary

Astrana Health is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join the Office of the CEO. You will operate as part of a small, elite SWAT team, bridging strategy and execution across clinical, operations, and technology domains.

The role focuses on accelerating initiatives, partnering with executive leadership to turn priorities into concrete plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes, and embedding scalable processes while building dashboards and prototypes where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong critical thinker who asks why and uses first principles to build solutions.
• Demonstrated strength in at least two focus areas: Clinical care, Operations, or Product/Technology.
• Comfortable moving between strategy and execution with direction and delivery.
• Sharp diagnostic instincts to identify issues and risks quickly.
• Versatile and thrives in ambiguity; works across hats in a small team.
• High EQ to represent the CEO credibly across levels.
• Team player with proactive, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Join a small, elite SWAT team deployed across Astrana to accelerate initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate priorities into structured plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Act as a strategic cross-functional coordinator ensuring alignment and momentum.
• Identify operational gaps and design scalable processes.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to pilot AI-enabled solutions.
• Surface risks, opportunities, and recommendations to improve execution and results.
• Build durable systems, processes, and dashboards for performance uplift.
• Lead delivery of high-impact initiatives and shape AI-enabled roadmap.
