Astrana Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to sit at the center of decision-making and turn ambition into execution. You will own the CEO’s operating cadence, drive cross-functional initiatives across clinical, operations, and growth, and accelerate organizational performance in a regulated healthcare context.

The role requires strategic insight, ownership, and an ability to translate strategy into actionable plans while maintaining high-level stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or similar roles.
  • Healthcare knowledge and value-based care knowledge preferred.
  • Fluency in English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to set strategic priorities and drive execution across a fast-scaling managed care organization.
  • Own the CEO’s operating cadence, including board materials, executive briefings, decision memos, and outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional execution on enterprise initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Build and deliver rigorous financial models and strategic analyses.
  • Streamline operating processes to improve speed, scalability, and performance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Plus for candidates who reside in Los Angeles or Las Vegas.The national target pay range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000.
