Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Management – drive cross-functional initiatives with plans and milestones.
• Executive Operations – provide high-level support to the CEO, including calendars.
• Meeting & Materials Management – prepare agendas and high-impact presentations.
• Research & Insight Development – analyze markets, trends, and competitors.
• Stakeholder Engagement – build relationships with internal teams and partners.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration – align with departments on status and priorities.
• Ad-Hoc Special Initiatives – tackle dynamic projects with speed and initiative.
