Job summary

Nakupuna Consulting seeks an Operations Project Manager (Temporary Full-Time) to support a DoW client in the Arlington, VA area. The role focuses on coordinating office operations, developing workflow processes, and assisting senior leadership with scheduling, communications, and task tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS and 5–10 years of applicable experience, plus an active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 5–10 years of related duties in operations or government programs.
• Active SECRET security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
• Experience working with federal government or military environments.
• Ability to develop SOPs and coordinate with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as special assistant and operations project manager to the Chief of Staff.
• Support strategy development for financial, acquisition, and travel processes.
• Develop workflow strategies, SharePoint sites, and client communications.
• Prepare correspondence, route tasks, and track deadlines.
• Assist with program administration, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.
• Support executive leadership in managing initiatives across multiple offices.
