Qualifikationen

• Experience with Windows desktop/laptop environments and MS Office tools.

• Document functional and technical requirements as user stories or BRDs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business goals for new or existing processes.
• Prepare detailed requirement specifications for development teams.
• Participate in agile software development as a process-owner proxy.
• Support project delivery with documentation such as status updates and roadmaps.
