Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to manage ship operations logistics in Arlington, VA, with hybrid on-site/telework options. A SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

The role involves coordinating with ONR Code 32 and naval entities, organizing complex data, and planning large-scale S&T meetings and program reviews. A Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience is required, with additional training or PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in logistics/ admin support.
• Experience supporting S&T or R&D ship operations.
• Desire for Navy ERP or similar SAP experience.
• DAWIA S&T or Business FM training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide ship operations support and logistics management for tests across TRLs and program elements.
• Coordinate with Naval entities including submarine force and naval special warfare elements.
• Extract and organize complex design, performance, and cost information for ship operations.
• Plan and execute S&T meetings, workshops, and program reviews with up to 100 participants.
