Job summary

ShadowObjects, LLC seeks a Senior Program / Operations Manager to lead a DoD/NAVAIR support program in Southern Maryland. You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and contractor personnel to ensure high-quality deliverables for NAWCAD WOLF.

Requires 10+ years in program/ops management, PMP certification, and current DoD Secret clearance. Full-time on-site with occasional government-site support as needed, in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in program/operations management.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or personnel-management experience.
3 of the last 5 years supporting DoD project management activities.

Responsibilities

Direct overall program execution and provide strategic guidance to Government leadership.
Plan, organize, and oversee daily program operations and staffing.
Mentor contractor personnel and coordinate staffing and performance.
Manage prime and subcontractor activities to meet schedules and budgets.
Oversee funding, labor tracking, and compliance reporting.
Coordinate acquisition and workforce support for evolving requirements.
Identify risks and implement mitigation and process improvements.
Communicate with Government customers and stakeholders.
