Job summary

You will drive schedules, milestones, action items, and ensure timely deliverables while maintaining documentation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field and 4+ years of project coordination, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a related role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and action items.
• Drive follow-up and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
• Track project status, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting summaries.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
