Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead the schedule and execution of new manufacturing programs, ensuring factory readiness and successful production deployment. You will coordinate internal logistics, manage stakeholders, and develop reports for executive teams.

The role requires a engineering or business degree and 5+ years in manufacturing program mgmt, with experience in continuous improvement and proficient use of MS Office and engineering tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent combo.
• 5+ years project management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with continuous improvement / lean programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office; strong prioritization and adaptability.
• Strong verbal and written communication, detail-oriented, urgent.
• Proficiency in engineering software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage internal logistics across projects and facilities.
• Engage all stakeholders to align on program goals.
• Create program reports and summaries for executives.
• Develop analytics for project reporting to drive problem solving.
• Lead productive meetings and track action items.
• Assess risks and communicate status clearly.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness and implementation timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and manufacturing on issues.
