Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Strategic Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation initiatives across its global manufacturing network. You will drive RCA, CAPA, Lean, and KPI standardization while guiding cross-functional teams through governance and change management to deliver measurable improvements.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain leaders to standardize processes and drive operational excellence across sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or operations.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic manufacturing improvement projects across multiple global sites.
• Implement and standardize RCA and CAPA processes to improve problem-solving effectiveness.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership.
• Establish project plans, governance, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and standards.
• Identify and implement best practices that improve quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
