Job summary

ZT Systems seeks an experienced Strategic Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation initiatives across its global manufacturing network. You will drive cross-functional projects focusing on operational excellence, quality improvement, RCA, CAPA, KPI standardization, Lean manufacturing, and process optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Operations/Business, 7+ years of PM experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in RCA/CAPA/Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

• Implement and standardize RCA and CAPA processes to improve problem‑solving effectiveness.

About The Role
