You will coordinate projects, track execution, and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or related role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and action items.
• Drive follow-up and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
• Track project status, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting summaries.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Identify and elevate operational issues and support data-driven process improvements.
