Job summary

Hyve Solutions, part of TD SYNNEX Corporation, seeks an Operations Program Manager to optimize the sales funnel, improve data integrity, and enable the team to hit targets. The role requires coordinating with Customer, MFG, and Supply Chain to set CTB dates and shipping commitments, plus driving continuous improvement across programs.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing-related ops experience, strong data skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Operations experience, preferably manufacturing.
• High volume reporting and data analysis experience.
• Bachelor's Degree + 3 years exp or Associate + 5 years or equivalent certifications.
• Excellent business communication skills (verbal & written).
• Self-starter with proactive problem solving and strong computing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Customer, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to establish CTB dates and shipping schedules.
• Execute to committed ship schedules and troubleshoot on the factory floor.
• Coordinate with Hyve Traffic Team to ensure shipments are scheduled and booked.
• Monitor Customer SLA metrics and drive RCCA actions across teams.
• Track customer re-work, change orders, and sustaining requests to ensure cost coverage.
