Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks an experienced Operations/Engineering leader to oversee manufacturing projects, drive continuous improvement, and partner with QA, procurement, and program management to deliver services on time and within budget.

This role requires 12+ years in operations or engineering with 5+ years managing direct reports in contract manufacturing, plus strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; extensive experience in operations or engineering in a contracts/CM environment preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.
• Experience with ISO 9001/9000 quality management systems and internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Actively managing day-to-day operations to support manufacturing projects and warranty services.
• Guide development and implementation of new projects and services within manufacturing operations.
• Provide support across procurement, engineering, program management, manufacturing, warehouse, and quality.
