Job summary

ZT Systems seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead Customer Operations strategic initiatives within our GTX office, driving operational excellence and a superior customer experience. You will establish PM standards, develop KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, procurement, and NPI to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication while advancing continuous improvement of PM

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management with 5 years of PM experience; Master’s with 3 years accepted.
• PM certification (Six Sigma, Lean, PMP) or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Ability to plan, organize, and deliver results.
• Data-driven and able to align across engineering, operations, supply chain, product management, and executives.
• Strong communication and teamwork across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership and support to customer ops and supply chain cross-functional projects.
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and sustaining activities.
• Establish plans and mitigations for time-sensitive programs.
• Track KPIs and project health metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to set expectations on schedules and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement and NPI.
• Plan and manage strategic projects ensuring quality, compliance, and business requirements.
• Support change management and communicate impacts.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.
• Develop value stream maps and drive process improvements.
• Analyze processes and propose improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advance PM standards, tools, and best practices.
