Responsibilities

• Forecasts, develops and implements policies and procedures for customer service, staff management and budgets.
• Markets and promotes programs and services to internal and external customers.
• Participates in university-wide committees to establish standards and plans.
• Monitors service quality and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Develops departmental strategies aligned with quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversees recruitment, training, orientation and professional development of division staff.
