Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects by defining scope, objectives, activities, deliverables, milestones, timelines, resources, budgets, governance, and status reporting
• Manage content management initiatives, including content requests, tools, templates, resources, intranet content, platform guidance, content standards, audits, and digital communications
• Direct processes and procedures by analyzing data, assessing performance baselines, identifying improvements, developing solutions, and managing sustainable rollouts
• Manage behavior change and process improvement programs with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Monitor program performance metrics, identify post-implementation issues, and develop and gain buy-in on resolutions
• Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, communicating priorities, removing barriers, allocating resources, measuring progress, and adjusting performance
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates through selection, training, mentoring, delegation, performance expectations, evaluations, recognition, and coaching
• Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, compliance, and the Open Door Policy
• Evaluate effectiveness of plans and initiatives and recommend efficiency and cost-effectiveness improvements
• Support community outreach events
• Build high-performing, inclusive, and trusting teams and relationships with business partners
